How an order runs
From enquiry to a qualified instrument.
Four stages, in this order. You get a named contact at the start and keep the same one through service.

Quotation and lead time
A written quotation with configuration, accessories, consumables, warranty terms and a lead time we expect to meet. Import documentation is prepared alongside it.

Installation and qualification
Our engineer commissions the instrument on site, runs the IQ and OQ, issues calibration certificates and trains the operators who will use it daily.

Service through the warranty and after
Scheduled preventive maintenance, requalification before audits, spares from the manufacturer, and an annual maintenance contract if you want the calendar handled for you.
