Sales Engineer — Pharmaceutical Instruments
Sales Engineer — Pharmaceutical Instruments
What you will do
- Visit QC and R&D departments to understand the methods they run
- Match requirements to instruments across four principal catalogues
- Prepare quotations, technical comparisons and tender submissions
- Carry the customer relationship through installation and beyond
What we are looking for
- B.Pharm, Pharm-D, chemistry or an engineering degree
- Two years or more selling technical equipment, ideally to pharma
- Comfortable explaining a specification to an analyst and a price to a director
- Willing to travel to plants outside Karachi
Service Engineer — Laboratory Instruments
Service Engineer — Laboratory Instruments
What you will do
- Install and commission instruments on customer sites
- Execute IQ and OQ protocols and issue calibration certificates
- Diagnose faults remotely first, then attend site with the right parts
- Keep the service history for every instrument you touch
What we are looking for
- Diploma or degree in electronics, mechatronics or instrumentation
- Hands-on experience with analytical or medical equipment
- Methodical about documentation, because the paperwork is the deliverable
- Able to travel at short notice when a line is down

Applications Specialist — Chromatography & Spectroscopy
What you will do
- Run demonstrations and method trials on HPLC, GC and spectroscopy systems
- Transfer customer methods onto newly installed instruments
- Train analysts and write the application notes they keep at the bench
- Advise the sales team when a configuration will not do what is being asked
What we are looking for
- MSc in analytical chemistry, pharmacy or a related discipline
- Three years of hands-on chromatography in a regulated laboratory
- Method development and validation experience
- Able to teach, patiently, to a room of mixed experience

Sales Coordinator & Tender Executive
What you will do
- Prepare quotations and keep the enquiry pipeline current
- Compile tender documents against public-sector requirements
- Coordinate order confirmations, shipping updates and delivery schedules
- Be the customer’s answer when the field team is on the road
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree and strong written English
- Confident in Excel and comfortable with detailed documents
- Tender or government procurement exposure is an advantage
- Organised enough to hold several deadlines at once

Accounts & Import Documentation Executive
What you will do
- Handle letters of credit, bank documentation and supplier payments
- Prepare and track import documents through clearing
- Maintain purchase, sales and inventory records
- Support statutory filings and coordinate with the external auditor
What we are looking for
- B.Com, BBA or a part-qualified accounting background
- Two years in accounts with import or trade documentation exposure
- Familiar with accounting software and disciplined about reconciliation
- Accurate under a shipping deadline
